For clothing, we offer one complimentary size exchange per eligible clothing order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are made once ordered, general returns due to change of mind are not accepted unless otherwise stated.

If an incorrect item or size is sent due to a fulfillment error, or an item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged Originals

If an original artwork is damaged during shipping, the available resolution may include:

• A full refund upon return of the damaged artwork, with return shipping costs covered by us.

• An exchange for a similar piece, if available.

• A partial refund or discount if the damage is minor and the customer prefers to keep the artwork.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with an order, please contact us directly so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to provide relevant order information, correspondence, tracking information, and applicable policies to the payment provider or financial institution handling the dispute.
